My heart is beating a little slow...?

i need some help, i dont know whats wrong, or even if anything is wrong, but my heart is beating slower than normal. i just got back from running. but i run every day, and it never beats like this. i need some advice. can someone help?
Answer:
It may be that it just stroking a lot of blood and that your system is using the oxygen real well...
To have a good and slow resting heart rate is considered a badge of good Cardio health.
I believe somewhere between 50 and 60 resting hbpm is considered to be average for good Cardio fitness.
Maybe it could be something with athsma if you have it if not ask a doctor or even someone like your running coach or something!! Hope for everything good!!
perhaps you're just being a little more self-conscious than usual(u asked earlier about how to lose weight)a slow heart rate is normally GOOD, i think you have nothing to worry about..but if your heart is beating at uneven intervals, its time to see the doctor and postpone your vacationi think you're fine. just make sure you walk off your run for about 5-10 minutes after your done. never just sit down or rest. ever.
How slow? Under 50? Go to the hospital now. Don't drive call an ambulance. Over 60, it's ok. If it is between 50-60bpm you will have to decide what to do by how you feel.I take digoxin and as long as mine stays over 50, I do ok. I do get dizzy sometimes with exertion, but it's ok.
so ur saying after u got done running your heart was beating slower than it usually does o_o
