My friend has just shown me his hands and they have strange little spots on them?anyone know what they are?

they have no discolouration and he said they hardly ever itch, but if he squeezes his nails together over them they let out little bits of clear liquid and he can pull the skin off.
He said if he leaves them then in a couple of weeks they shrink dry up and the skin around them just scratches off like a scab!
I said I would ask if anyone knew what it was so any info would be appreciated.
Oh yeah he said he only ever gets it on his fingers but once he had it on his toes also.
Answer:
they are not scabies if they stay on his hands and feet scabies spread if not treated. Most likely they appear after he eats alot of high acid foods. It sounds more like a common dermatological response to too much acid in the blood. He should not scratch them off until they do scab or he could get an infection. And if he moderates his diet and reduces the high acid foods, then they should go away. Sometimes stress can cause this reaction as well.
sounds like scabies,he should see a doctor and get some lotion.
It could be many different things - including fungal infection, allergic reaction (not always itchy), or something bad like syphilis in one of the later stages.
Sounds like some sort of infection - maybe a yeast infection or could be something like infatigo or psoriasis. Try the doctors.
he need's to see a dermastology doctor.
i do get some spots with clear liquid in them before but that's when my skin is wrapped up when i feel warm and goes off when i feel cooler, sort of like rashes but i have never hear before that such spots can grow on toes.
Contact dermatitis? Allergies. fungus. The Best advice is see a doctor!!
