My hands always shake if i am eating or physically handling something. What could this be?

Answer:
It might be Parkison's however you don't give much details such as your age. My dad had Parkison's before he passed away and he shook all the time. I advise that you see your doctor.
Nerves, probably. But, don't let it stop you from doing things. Keep right on. In the meantime, see a doctor.
any how if u r young than u may us tobacco or like this, it is also possible that u suffering from anemia and also some mind diseases.
parkinsons..causes your hands to shake...sounds a little milder then this but could be this.
See a physician, this is too general a question for anyone to answer. There are many reasons for the hand shaking. If it is just one, that is all the more reason to consult a professional. Don't depend on the general public for medical help and a diagnosis that they cannot possibly make. Good luck.
Check your blood sugar levels, could be low blood sugar. I usually shake when mine is low, knees quiver as well. If thats the case, have some fruit juice to bring your levels up a bit.
