My head has been hurting for 3 days now,all over.It is not my sinuses.What could be wrong?

pain pills do not help.light and sound does not bother me.No fever.I am eating good and I am drinking plenty of water.
I also have some water retenion in my legs.

Check your blood pressure, when it is too high it produces an awful headache.

best bet is obviously going to ur doc. ibuprofen helps too (advil)

I would go to a doctor immediately. The water retention I believe can be a sign of stroke. The headache can be too.
